2. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual work completed.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments.

• A deposit may be required for large or long-distance jobs.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen issues, we reserve the right to reschedule services for the safety of our team and clients.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the job site.

• All hazardous materials, illegal items, or items requiring special disposal must be disclosed in advance.

• HB Hauling and Logistics, LLC is not responsible for items left in furniture or containers if not properly removed by the client prior to service.

5. Limitation of Liability

• HB Hauling and Logistics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

• While we take great care in handling your property, we are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or improperly packed items (unless packing was provided by us).

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of HB Hauling and Logistics, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
